We are really excited! We have our passports ready. Some of us have flags and some of us have a boomerang. We are the first round heading off to Daegu! This is the first time we have flown and we are nervous but we know our Korean friends are going to take really good care of us an show us their city, family and culture!
We will be sharing our adventures with our home schools back in Australia really soon with some postcards from Korea. We have packed our Vegemite and plenty of gum leaves to eat while we are there.
Love to everyone in our home towns of Chelsea, Mildura, Geelong, Laver’s Hill and Arnold’s Creek!

Professor Ku and i involved a number of Korean Global LYNC schools in this project which was endorsed by the Lord Mayor of Melbourne. Schools contributed art and writing and some lucky students were selected to be published in a glossy booklet to represent their schools. Schools from all around Asia were include in this lovely booklet. Here is one such piece by Ye-Eun Seo from Yulgeum Elementary School partner of Yuille Park PS in Ballarat.
